No more manual adjustments: the system tracks travel automatically. For staff on an accrual basis, leave is allocated upon payslip processing or renewal, ensuring every worked hour is correctly recognised.

Plan Ahead with Draft Travel Tab

Our new Draft Travel tab enables you to view and filter upcoming journeys in advance. With a summary of mileage, distance, and estimated costs, you can plan staff travel more effectively and maintain control over expenses.

Rota Read Receipts – Enhancing Communication and Accountability

Effective communication is essential in care delivery. The Rota Read Receipt feature now monitors which staff members have viewed their shifts and the times they did so. If a staff member has not checked their rota within 24 hours of their scheduled start time, administrators will be notified. This helps prevent missed visits and ensures accountability.

Custom Medication Levels for Safer Care Delivery

We have introduced a new section, Medication Levels, under Key Parameters. You can now define and customise medication support levels—such as Level 1 for general assistance, and restrict medication options accordingly. This enhancement ensures that medication management remains accurate, safe, and in line with your organisation's processes.

Multiple Location Support for Flexible Care Planning

Managing care across multiple sites has become easier with our Locations feature. You can save frequently used addresses, such as hospitals or day centres, and easily select them when booking visits or updating service plans. This feature not only saves time but also simplifies communication for everyone involved.

For instance, a care coordinator can plan for a client to be picked up by a caregiver, taken to a day care centre, and then returned home. By simply reviewing their schedule, the caregiver can understand the plan, while Careberry manages travel calculations and mileage automatically.

Edit Service Reports with Same-Day Access

Staff can now add or correct their notes in service reports on the same day. After this period, the reports are locked, and only administrators can make edits, ensuring compliance and accountability.

Cancellation Notice Tracking for Better Scheduling Insight

A new column in the Booking Report indicates the notice given before a cancellation, providing better insights into scheduling patterns and client reliability.

Smarter Filtering in Rate Management

We’ve introduced new filtering options to simplify rate card management, allowing you to make adjustments more efficiently without having to navigate long lists.

Client Group Filters for Targeted Reporting

You can now filter service reports by client groups, making it easy to generate targeted insights for specific categories of clients.

Faster, Easier Support for Care Providers

We have revamped our support interface to make it quicker and easier to submit tickets and receive assistance when needed.

Carer and Admin App Updates to Support New Features

Both the Carer and Admin apps have also been updated to include support for new features: Medication Levels, Rota Read Receipt, and Multiple Location Support.
