Careberry's Final Product Update of 2025: Built for Clarity, Control, and Confidence

As we approach the end of 2025, we are thrilled to announce one of Careberry’s final and most significant updates of the year. This release reflects our dedication as a care management platform, emphasising speed, clarity, compliance, and simplicity at scale.

Today’s release introduces significant improvements in areas such as bookings, medication management, reporting, forms, and staff visibility. Additionally, important enhancements are on the way for the Careberry Carers App.

Below is a clear summary of what’s new and why it matters.

A Faster, Smarter Booking Experience: Booking Overhaul

The Bookings page has been completely redesigned based on feedback from our amazing customers to improve performance and usability. With clearer navigation, enhanced filtering options, and streamlined workflows, teams can now create, manage, and review bookings more quickly and confidently.This reduces admin time and minimises operational friction.

Clearer, More Accurate Medication Recording: Medication Keys Update

To improve clarity and consistency in medication records new medication keys have been added, including: Absent, Contaminated, Not Available, Unwell, Already Taken, Physical Assistance, Made Available

Simpler Oversight of Tasks, Training, and Rates: Matrix and Rate Management

The Task Management, Training, and Form Matrix, along with Rate Management, have been redesigned with an improved layout and readability. Managing requirements across staff and services is now more intuitive and easier to navigate.

Better Guidance Within Forms: Field Descriptions

A new Description field is now available for all Form Builder inputs under an Advanced tab. This allows administrators to add guidance and context to form fields, reducing errors and improving data quality at the point of entry.

Improved Workforce Visibility: Annual Leave Reports

Two new reports, Annual Leave and Remaining Leave, have been added under Staff Reports. These reports provide clear oversight of leave taken and remaining balances, which supports better workforce planning.

Greater Control Over Rota Visibility

A new setting within Branch Settings allows care providers to control how far in advance staff can view their shifts.

Professional, Branded Communication via Customisable Footers

You can now customise footer text on PDFs and system emails via Branch Settings ideal for adding contact details, company information, or regulatory references.

Careberry Carers App Updates

Care plans are now accessible offline, ensuring staff can view critical information without connectivity. Selected V2 forms can also be enabled for offline use, with controls in place to manage performance and data usage.

Click to Care – Postcode Visibility

Staff can now see client postcodes within Click to Care, supporting better navigation and visit planning. This helps staff easily identify which visit they would like to do and express interst in them.
