Careberry’s Managing Director, Hossein Sharifi, spoke today,October 13, 2025, at the Buckinghamshire Registered Managers Network (Buckinghamshire Council) about the growing impact of artificial intelligence(AI) in the social care sector.

During the session titled “The Role of AI in Adult SocialCare,” Hossein discussed how AI is transforming daily operations. He highlighted its ability to streamline administrative tasks, improve care quality, and support smarter decision-making. Drawing on his own experiences with AI tools for creativity, data analysis, and productivity, he noted that even small applications of AI can lead to significant efficiency gains.

However, he stressed the importance of governance, ethics, and data security, emphasising that the benefits of AI must always be balanced with responsible usage and compliance. He talked about real-world examples, including AI-assisted care planning, predictive analytics for fall prevention, and intelligent documentation tools, demonstrating the technology’s potential when utilised safely and thoughtfully.

In conclusion, Hossein encouraged care leaders to explore AI with curiosity while ensuring that clear policies and ethical frameworks are in place. As he stated, “The future of care is people and technology working together—responsibly, ethically, and with purpose.”
